WIN SOULS FOR HIM part1

The time has come for us, stepping another stone for our mission and vision. Last day, we had our practice for our upcoming BIG event on August 12, 2010 at PUP-main for the preparation of evangelical crusade we've planned one month ago. I am part of the committee since I am the assistant secretary of our organization, Youth Alive-PUP. And as I grabbed the opportunity to perform on the said event, I will act as an emotional girl, once called, EMO in a monologue. Well, it's not easy for me to act that way since I'm not an emo. But as time goes by, I realized that being an "emo" in that role will really help the students in the university to be part in the family of God. God loves "emo". Right? In what way? Since we are all sinners, God loves all the people in the world including those people who are heart broken and has emotional imbalance. And this is where God sees the heart. 

Going back, during our practice made me think in what way will I act to touch the heart of the audience. Will I cry? Will I make any change in my script into a drama one? Will I make a script that audience will laugh at? Or will I act as an "emo", a real emo that actually owning the true role that's not actually myself? In the end, I acted naturally in the practice. 

For you to have a better performance, you should take away all the things in your mind that blocks you to focus on your role. And of course, you must e serious enough. Thank God, even though we were only two who practiced that time (since others are busy and unable to attend) we are really thankful that God helped us to have practice once in a while.

Another day was over. Another day to thank God. I guess, God saw what we've done and I know that all of these is not in vain. :) I'm still praying for strength that I would be able to perform well on the actual event for the Lord. 

One week and 5 days left..
God still working on this. 
I'm gonna sleep. :)
